Responsibilities
- Develop Advanced ML Models: Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data architecture and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, and apply these advancements to our tech stack.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Big Data: Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of taking ownership of complex data problems from conception to deployment.
