Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large, multi-source datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms and databases.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for candidates comfortable working in weekend shift environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), Python, or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
