Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with a proven track record of building production-ready applications.
- Demonstrated experience working in a weekend shift or shift-based support environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during off-hours.
