Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures for autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making in 2026 environments.
- Lead the research and development of Reinforcement Learning algorithms to optimize real-time pathfinding and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate AI models with next-generation edge computing devices.
- Oversee the fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) for high-stakes autonomous decision support systems.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI compliance in autonomous operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a focus on model deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Experience with Computer Vision, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
