Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for real-time data processing.
- Lead research initiatives to pioneer new methodologies in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our pipeline.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact ML models into production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
