Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing real-time quantum data streams and massive datasets.
- Lead the research and development of Neural Network models bridging the gap between narrow AI and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the Horizon 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and futurists to integrate AI solutions into core workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and energy efficiency in edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of mathematical foundations, including Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Probability Theory.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive complex architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles is a major plus.
