Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technical vision leading up to and beyond the 2026 timeframe.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, advanced ML, Web3) to enhance product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze infrastructure spend and optimize cloud resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving strategic initiatives.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
