Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Technical Vision: Translate abstract future-state requirements into concrete technical roadmaps and engineering specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior developers and engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to handle millions of real-time data streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and external stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging technologies and integrate them into the Project 2026 stack before they become industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language model integration.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous technical challenges and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
