Responsibilities

- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Disaster Recovery: Implement high-availability strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing 2026-ready solutions.
