Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design scalable, high-performance hybrid systems integrating classical AI with emerging quantum algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in real-time, ensuring project milestones are met with zero compromise on quality.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment in enterprise environments.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
