Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, quantum computing concepts, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to mitigate risks and drive technical excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex technical challenges and high-stakes decision making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design with a focus on distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, or Java) and frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale product launches.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
