Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of complex, scalable AI systems and neural network architectures for enterprise-level solutions.
- Agentic AI Development: Spearhead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, planning, and execution in dynamic environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Edge Computing integration for 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for AI model training and deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure real-time responsiveness in critical applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teamsâincluding product management, security, and engineeringâto translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, and Transformer models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-impact solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
