We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect (2026 Roadmap) to drive the technological evolution of our enterprise solutions. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the '2026 Initiative,' focusing on next-generation AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices architecture to support global expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and assess their feasibility for integration into our ecosystem.
- Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and architectural best practices.
- Lead architectural reviews and code audits to maintain high-quality standards across all development squads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Experience designing solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, and low-latency environments.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
