Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability microservices architecture.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation protocols, and security best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
