- Lead Technical Strategy: Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding the development of future-proof technologies and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of legacy systems while integrating cutting-edge 2026-era protocols.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and system design.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, along with experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices.
