What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability architecture for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring robust security and performance at scale.
- Lead technical strategy discussions, making critical decisions on technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance audits to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, researching emerging technologies like edge computing and neural networks to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Rust, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing is highly preferred.
