Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions integrating Artificial Intelligence with Blockchain/Web3 protocols.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for Horizon 2026's flagship products, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for distributed systems and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with strong knowledge of Solidity for smart contracts.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face in production environments.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and decentralized network architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
