Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact AI initiatives and long-term scalability.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation generative models and large-scale neural networks.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical excellence within the AI division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI integration) and evaluate their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Oversee the deployment of robust MLOps pipelines ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI products from concept to production.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to articulate a long-term technical vision to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
