Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product development cycles.
- Ensure all systems comply with industry standards regarding security, scalability, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience implementing Machine Learning models and integrating AI into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
