Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architecture for next-generation AI models.
- Lead the integration of autonomous agents and neural networks into complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous architectural reviews to ensure scalability, security, and performance compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and distributed system design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
