Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced machine learning pipelines using Python and state-of-the-art AI frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable code.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monolithic systems to a robust microservices architecture on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system audits, and performance optimization to ensure stability under high load.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of backend systems and distributed computing.
- Strong background in designing scalable systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven experience deploying and scaling large-scale AI models in production environments with minimal latency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
