Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infra: Design and implement scalable distributed systems capable of handling exascale computing workloads for 2026 AI models.
- AGI Readiness: Lead the architectural roadmap to prepare our core infrastructure for the transition towards Artificial General Intelligence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems on cloud-native environments.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum research teams to identify integration points for hybrid classical-quantum AI architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred for leadership roles).
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- System Design: Proven ability to design high-availability, low-latency systems for high-volume data processing.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge devices.
