Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architectural roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI systems, focusing on performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Stable Diffusion) to determine their applicability for our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into customer-facing applications.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences and forums, driving thought leadership on AI trends and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Generative AI: Proven track record of developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Cloud Architecture: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
