Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect the long-term technical strategy for AI integration, identifying emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and advanced LLMs.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for next-generation AI solutions that will define our product lines in 2026.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system scalability, security, and compliance across all AI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding senior engineering teams in adopting cutting-edge AI frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Architecture, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed cloud systems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
