Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for AI integration, identifying key emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) that will define our product suite.
- Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures that handle petabyte-scale data with real-time latency.
- Drive Innovation Sprints: Spearhead internal hackathons and innovation labs focused on prototyping futuristic concepts for the 2026 release cycle.
- Regulatory Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for autonomous systems, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy or Product Management.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Deep Learning, and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies for major product launches and market entry.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
