Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of our long-term AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive analytics engines.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our core product suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML architecture, or strategic product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and delivering on long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and engineering teams alike.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
