Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute technical visions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, robust security, and regulatory compliance across all AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems at massive scale.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
