As part of our elite R&D division, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap for our 2026 initiatives, ensuring our AI systems are robust, ethical, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Architect the core infrastructure required to support next-gen AI models and autonomous agents.
- Lead High-Stakes Projects: Spearhead the development of neural network architectures that push the boundaries of machine learning capabilities.
- Ensure Scalability & Security: Design systems that can handle massive data throughput while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting advanced code reviews.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor emerging technologies and trends to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges in large-scale environments.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architecture accordingly.
