Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures that handle millions of requests daily.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision paradigms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
