- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
