Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure that is prepared for the computational demands of 2026, including edge computing and quantum integration.
- Spatial Interface Design: Lead the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) interfaces into web and mobile applications using spatial computing platforms.
- AI Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models and neural networks to ensure real-time performance and low latency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, collaborating closely with product managers and designers.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment pipelines to maintain high system integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of C++ for performance-critical systems.
- AI & ML: Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying models to production environments.
- Spatial Computing: Hands-on experience with AR/VR development (Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebXR).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
