Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of AI-driven spatial environments, ensuring seamless integration of generative models into the metaverse core.
- Optimize neural networks for ultra-low latency performance in high-fidelity spatial computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to define the roadmap for 2026 features.
- Implement robust data pipelines for training and fine-tuning proprietary AI models using modern distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable, secure AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture or spatial computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a proven track record of performance optimization.
- Experience with spatial computing frameworks (e.g., Unity AR Foundation, Unreal Engine ML APIs) and WebXR standards.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
