Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic development of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for future market demands.
- Develop Autonomous Systems: Design and deploy advanced machine learning models and robotics algorithms that operate in complex, real-world environments.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Continuously refine deep learning models to improve accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and hardware specialists to translate technical concepts into user-centric products.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement bias detection and mitigation strategies to ensure our technology aligns with global ethical standards.
- Pioneering Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (like Quantum AI and Generative Models) to integrate into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
