In this role, you won't just be coding; you will be shaping the ethical frameworks, neural architectures, and autonomous systems that will define human-machine interaction for generations to come.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation neural networks and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI models.
- Oversee the development of human-computer interfaces, focusing on brain-computer linkages (BCI).
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced AI deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research to predict and mitigate risks associated with super-intelligent systems.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Neuroscience.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with robotic process automation and physical robotics control systems.
