Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the research direction for emerging AI paradigms, including predictive modeling and synthetic data generation.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring transparency and fairness in all systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs), natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex research into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
