Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D efforts for Project 2026, focusing on advanced machine learning algorithms and neural architectures.
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production solutions.
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at leading global AI conferences.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, specifically in deep learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and high-performance computing clusters.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
