Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary large-scale language models and neural networks.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing patents or research papers in reputable venues.
