Responsibilities
Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with market needs.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research into deployable software solutions.Publish high-impact research findings in top-tier conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research and software engineering.Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
