Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models focused on next-generation reasoning and generation capabilities.
- Design and implement novel architectures for Large Language Models and Multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate research into production-ready APIs.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD students to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, specifically in NLP and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing at or contributing to top-tier conferences.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed training systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
