Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel neural architectures tailored for 2026-scale data processing and inference.
- Optimize large-scale training pipelines, utilizing distributed computing frameworks to achieve unprecedented model efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous academic and industrial research, publishing breakthrough findings in top-tier venues.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment by implementing MLOps best practices.
- Evaluate and iterate on multimodal AI models to enhance accuracy, safety, and generalizability.
- Mentor a team of brilliant researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research roles or high-impact applied AI projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
- Demonstrated experience with large language models, reinforcement learning, or neural search.
- Experience deploying AI models at scale within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
