Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models focused on the 2026 strategic vision.
- Define technical roadmaps and architecture for scalable machine learning systems.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready features.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present at top-tier international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of new algorithms and datasets.
- Identify emerging trends in AI and integrate them into our product strategy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in deep learning and artificial intelligence research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices.
