Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into robust, scalable production APIs.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define the long-term research roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, identifying high-impact opportunities in generative AI and multimodal learning.
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and participate in industry-leading conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a comparable advanced research role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model fine-tuning techniques.
