Responsibilities
- Design and architect cutting-edge machine learning algorithms tailored for autonomous decision-making systems.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into robust, scalable production APIs.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a comparable advanced research role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
