Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a related role.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think 3-5 years ahead (futurist mindset).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer models.
