Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Model Deployment: Transition theoretical research into scalable, production-ready AI solutions using cloud infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and roadmap features.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong background in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
