Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of advanced AI models, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and novel architectures.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Design to translate technical capabilities into market-leading products.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and bias mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering with a heavy focus on machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write high-quality technical documentation.
