Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term AI research strategy, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Lead High-Impact Research: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex research into actionable, user-centric solutions.
- Patent & Publication Strategy: Drive initiatives to publish high-impact research papers and secure patents to establish thought leadership in the AI industry.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and technical resources efficiently, ensuring high ROI on R&D investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and programming languages (Python, C++).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended problems and publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
