Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning models for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI ethics frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Architect neural networks capable of human-level contextual reasoning and creativity
- Research and integrate emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and bio-inspired algorithms
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers and establish patent portfolios for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Mastery of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware and quantum annealing systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into commercial applications
- Strong background in AI ethics, explainable AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks
