Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures for 2026 use cases.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer scalable data pipelines and inference systems to reduce latency and improve model efficiency in edge environments.
- Research Leadership: Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and computer vision advancements.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to integrate complex AI solutions into user-facing applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the research division.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in our models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex research projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of neural networks and distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a portfolio of published research or deployed products.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
