We are looking for a Senior AI Research Engineer who isn't just keeping up with the industry trends, but is setting them. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning breakthroughs and scalable production systems.
What You Will Do:
Shape the trajectory of AI in 2026 and beyond. You will lead complex projects, mentor a team of brilliant researchers, and push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of proprietary machine learning models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct rigorous research into neural architecture search and generative adversarial networks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research papers into high-performance code.
- Ensure the ethical integrity and safety of deployed AI agents.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and contribute to our thought leadership strategy.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a similar R&D role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional agile environment.
