Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI research, deep learning, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in reputable conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
